Liberal writer Jonathan Chait: Indictment of Rick Perry isn't just weak, 'it's outrageously unfair'

Former New Republic editor Jonathan Chait is is the latest liberal to criticize the indictment of Texas Gov. Rick Perry. Chait is certainly no Rick Perry fan, but he knows a bullcrap indictment when he sees one:

To describe the indictment as “frivolous” gives it far more credence than it deserves. Perry may not be much smarter than a ham sandwich, but he is exactly as guilty as one.
