Congressman Gary Peters, D-Mich., is running for U.S. Senate. Yesterday, he tweeted a photo of himself speaking at the Scottish Highland Games in Livonia. Unfortunately, there was a man wearing a kilt seated in the background, and … well, just see for yourself:
