Using the correct Twitter handle: What difference does it make?
Not much to National Security Adviser Susan Rice.
— Jeremy Skrenes (@jeremyskrenes) March 19, 2014
On Monday, Rice tried to pimp @UKRprogress, the State Department’s “new Russian-language feed to counter misinformation on #Ukraine,” but her now-deleted tweet directed followers to an account that didn’t exist.
Because Twitter is Twitter (thank you, Twitter!), a salty parody account quickly claimed the erroneous handle.

The second time is definitely not the charm for Ms. Rice. Here’s what she tweeted this morning:
@UKProgress appears to be an abandoned Lancashire Business School Twitter account.

The account’s most recent tweet is almost three years old.
Come over and see us at the SU this monday.

I suspect the typos in Susan Rice's tweets today can be blamed on a YouTube video. http://t.co/4xPXmHfSUG

Will a third tweet do the trick?

I'm a digital media guy. Officials rarely ever tweet their own tweets. Susan Rice might want to make that clear & fire someone. #justsaying

Hey, guys. Look what Susan Rice can do!
