Good question. But when has the Obama administration and its media bridesmaids ever passed up the chance to use the “unexpected” label for something totally expected?
After spending an unconscionable amount of tax money on the dysfunctional #404care website, it remains riddled with errors. And those errors? They’re not “unexpected” at all — the White House went Forward™! with the online marketplace despite warnings of flaws before the launch.
Shorter HealthCare.gov visitors: Unexpected, my ass.

@HealthCareGov 10 attempts just to create a profile, then "unexpected error" on every log in attempt. Does this thing not work on #Windows8?

While I can login to http://t.co/osUNL0m25p, I land on a confusing, mostly blank page. The Get Insurance link produced "unexpected error".

Not sure why, but http://t.co/5gZbAeAZQ0 only works with Firefox for me. On Chrome, IE, & Safari, it's stuck on the waiting page. #obamacare

On Wednesday, HealthCare.gov recommended that frustrated Obamacare shoppers reach out via phone. Good luck with that:
@HealthCareGov your website is down giving the unexpected error message, i call in and the call center rep told me she couldn't sign me up
