An International Committee of the Red Cross office in Jalalabad, Afghanistan, is reportedly under attack. Reports are coming in of a large explosion and gunfire at the scene.
Tweets from a Kabul-based journalist whose Twitter bio says he is “working with Al-Jazeera English.”
