Well, it wouldn’t be a Michigan union-orchestrated protest without hypocritical union-buster Michael Moore tossing in his two cents.
As Twitchy reported yesterday, thousands of public school students in Michigan are home today because teachers decided to call in “sick” so they could throw tantrums about right-to-work legislation at the state capitol.
How comforting to see teachers close
42 schools in MI so they can join the uprising re right-to-work legislation. They sure care. #Union

As parents scrambled to find last-minute daycare, Michigan teachers ignored their students to cheer on Dem politicians warning right-to-work legislation would usher in a bloodbath. Three cheers for new tone!
Michael Moore thinks it’s awesome, natch. Citizens who believe in workplace freedom and care about education? Not so much.
@MMFlint And u c this as good thing? "So many teachers present, some schools had 2 close" They obviously care more at their benes than kids

@MMFlint @The_AntiLib They care so much about educating children that they stop educating children.

@MMFlint Teachers unions: Screwing kids out of an education for years. Rule one of a job: Show Up!
