No hope, no change of plans.

As Twitchy reported earlier, in 2004 K-pop sensation PSY performed a song that advocated “slowly and painfully” killing U.S. soldiers. PSY is scheduled to perform at the “Christmas in Washington” concert on Sunday with President Obama in attendance.

Apparently, PSY’s show must go on, and President Obama and family aren’t willing to cancel their plans to attend the event.

BuzzFeed’s Rosie Gray reports:

White House spokesman Josh Earnest confirmed that the Obamas will attend Christmas in Washington, a concert hosted by TNT and from which the proceeds benefit the Children’s National Medical Center. The First Family traditionally attends each year.

A Twitchy reader has launched a petition asking President Obama to rescind the invitation to PSY.

While the “Christmas in Washington” concert is actually a TNT production that takes place at the National Building Museum, not the White House, the very least the leader of the free world should do is reject PSY’s vile brand of anti-American filth by skipping the show.

But surprise! It looks like he won’t.

Update:

The petition has been removed from the White House Petition site.
