Democratic strategist and fashion consultant James Carville took to CNN today to provide his unique insight into Rep. Paul Ryan’s debut as a vice presidential candidate. “His speech was fine,” Carville told Wolf Blitzer, but the lack of a tie was bothersome, with Carville admitting he was “a little shocked at the optics.”
