Apparently it’s not always Bush’s fault.

Across the pond, blaming Margaret Thatcher for all the world’s woes is a favorite leftist pastime, according to Conservative Party member of the European Parliament Daniel Hannan.

Comforting for us. For Hannan? Not so much. Still, is there a rule we can apply stateside and abroad so we know when to blame Bush and when to blame Thatcher? It’s so confusing!

Ah, finally, a decent guideline!
