Sounds like a plan! Clearly this South Carolina student has excellent judgment. Everyone knows it’s a smart move to tweet your plans to get trashed before today’s High School Assessment Program (HSAP) test.

Yesterday Twitchy reported on Florida students who took to Twitter to boast about getting high before taking the FCAT, a statewide standardized test. Apparently Florida is no anomaly.
