Um, would someone please alert The Hill that the "black GOP senator" has a name?

The Hill published a headline that referred to South Carolina Sen. Tim Scott as a “black GOP senator.”

Making the headline about his color completely detracts from his comments.

His name is Tim Scott, you know. Last time I checked constituents probably did not refer to him as "Black GOP Senator." https://t.co/7orKpai9AD

It isn’t the most egregious headline ever written, but referring to an accomplished senator such as Scott (or anyone) by a physical attribute undermines who he is and the work that he has done to be in his current position.
