House Speaker Nancy Pelosi is calling on President Trump to take down a “dangerous” video juxtaposing Rep. Ilhan Omar’s comments about 9/11 and footage of the tragedy taking place.
.@realDonaldTrump’s dangerous video must be taken down. I have spoken with the Sergeant-at-Arms to ensure that Capitol Police are conducting a security assessment to safeguard Rep. @Ilhan Omar, her family & her staff. They will continue to monitor & address the threats she faces. pic.twitter.com/Grb9c8S18d

The video features Omar, a member of Pelosi’s caucus, referring to 9/11 as “something that happened.”
JUST IN: Speaker Pelosi says President Trump "must take down his disrespectful and dangerous video" featuring Rep. Omar, and she has spoken with the Sergeant-at-Arms to ensure Capitol Police are conducting a security assessment to safeguard Rep. Omar, her family and her staff.

“Disrespectful and dangerous” (Pelosi’s words) is actually a good way to characterize what Omar said.
"Dangerous video" of herself, speaking. https://t.co/YHwCBF9feh

This follows a statement from Pelosi on Saturday in which she decried the video.

Not to be redundant, but the video is of Omar saying words … like, out of her own mouth.

How is a video that accurately quotes someone "hateful" and "dangerous"?
Apparently, it's now racist & 'inciting violence' to hold Democrats to account for their own stupid statements.
How convenient for them. https://t.co/LKy1UcVqXZ

This is a result of Democrat leadership being unwilling to censure Omar for her anti-Israel and anti-Semitic rhetoric when they had the opportunity.
Now they have to own it.
