There is an ongoing battle over whether a 17-year-old immigrant in federal custody can obtain an abortion. It has created a movement called #JusticeForJane, promoted by the likes of Planned Parenthood CEO Cecil Richards. Former Obama administration adviser Valerie Jarrett weighed in on Tuesday, decrying any attempt by the federal government to “obstruct” the law.
