Jordanian writer Nahed Hattar, who was on trial for sharing a cartoon on Facebook that was anti-ISIS and Islamic jihad, has been shot to death. He reportedly sustained three shots to the head.

He was shot in front of the Supreme Court in Amman, Jordan as he prepared for his trial. Here is the cartoon he was murdered over.

The charge against him was “blasphemy.”

Contrary to the indication often given by the Obama administration, there is no negotiating or reasoning with radical Islam. The group’s standard response to any ideological or theological pushback is bullets.
