For United Airlines, the week is off to a bad start. Yesterday, they were ripped for “passing the buck†over a dog being left on the runway. And today, there are more complaints. It’s never good when the corporate account is routinely publishing tweets like these:
Fed up about his experience, comedian Jim Norton vented:
He is far from the only disgruntled customer.
#DontFlyUnited also trended nationally.
In Norton’s case, at least, there was somewhat of a resolution.
