Benghazi suspect Ahmed Abu Khatallah has arrived in the United States and is set to face a judicial officer in U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia later this afternoon.

In a court appearance that lasted only about 15 minutes, Khatallah pleaded not guilty to a charge of materially aiding and abetting a terrorist group.
