Pac 12 commissioner Larry Scott supports the idea of requiring the participants in the coming college football playoff to be conference champions. This news did not sit well with fans of the sport who want to see the best four teams.

Perhaps Scott needs to be reminded that in his conference last year, UCLA won a division with a record of 6-6.
