A new poll by Rasmussen Reports suggests that an overwhelming percentage of Americans believe tobacco smoking should not be outlawed.
From Rasmussen Reports:
A new Rasmussen Reports national telephone survey finds that just 22% of American Adults think the U.S. government should ban the smoking of tobacco. That’s up from 17% in November 2010 but down from 25% in June 2009. However, 71% disagree with a government ban on smoking.
