WATCH: Bill de Blasio mocked the killing of a groundhog in a new video on his political future
Former New York City Bill de Blasio posted a lengthy message this morning to Twitter announcing that he will NOT be running for Governor of New York:

And the announcement was somewhat of a “surprise” as he’s been hinting at a run for months now:
