3/ Tesla offered a "warranty adjustment" — which will cover costs for some people who had to pay for MCU repairs out of pocket, and enable replacements of flawed MCUs or components for some owners — however, seems like they still could face a mandatory recall.

4/ NHTSA ODI filing also shows their office received 537 complaints about the MCU issues. And Tesla provided ODI wi/ "2,399 complaints and field reports, 7,777 warranty claims, and 4,746 non-warranty claims related to MCU replacements."
