Former Hillary Clinton spox wonders if Vladimir Putin gave Mitch McConnell permission to call Joe Biden the president-elect

Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell congratulated Joe Biden and Kamala Harris and referred to them as the president-elect and vice president-elect for the first time a few moments ago on the Senate floor:

Before formally declaring Joe Biden the president-elect, Sen. McConnell did spend some time going over the Trump administration’s accomplishments:

For all the pundits calling out Trump supporters for saying this was a rigged election, it’s Dems who have never let go of the 2016 hoax that Russia decided it for President Trump. They’re never going to let this go and we’re just going to have to live with the fact that a number of voters, on both sides, do not trust that the elections were held fairly:
