Sen. Ted Cruz told Hugh Hewitt this morning that he’s “had multiple conversations over the past week with the President, with the WH, Jared. In short, President Trump is attempting what Hewitt calls the “judicial equivalent of jury nullification in a criminal case” and that’s going to be a tough lift, for any legal team:

In Pennsylvania, President Trump’s current legal team isn’t even alleging any fraud “at present”:
