Seemingly out of nowhere, “Guns and Roses” lead singer Axl Rose took a shot at Treasury Secretary Steven Mnuchin, saying “he’s officially an a**hole”:
It’s official! Whatever anyone may have previously thought of Steve Mnuchin he’s officially an asshole.

Sec. Mnuchin, however, didn’t take this attack lightly. His response:
What have you done for the country lately? ??

“Welcome to the Jungle,” Mr. Secretary:

Sec. Mnuchin’s response was pretty good:

But then Rose dropped this bomb, accusing Mnuchin of emulating “Liberia’s economic model” as well as hitting him on the administration’s response to the coronavirus:
My bad I didn’t get we’re hoping 2 emulate Liberia’s economic model but on the real unlike this admin I’m not responsible for 70k+ deaths n’ unlike u I don’t hold a fed gov position of responsibility 2 the American people n’ go on TV tellin them 2 travel the US during a pandemic.

Mnuchin, or the intern who thought it would be a good idea to engage with an aged rock star on Twitter in the first place, has yet to respond. We’ll update this post, if/when they do:
I don’t think @stevenmnuchin1 is ready for Axl’s smoke. ? https://t.co/5gq6VPIKME

Nope. They weren’t ready for that one.
