Here we go again. . .
If there’s one thing Twitter is not good at, it’s satire. Especially when the person issuing the satire has a blue check and is, say, a law school professor. People tend to take things like that seriously. Which is why this tweet is going viral with randoms Twitter users not able to figure out that it was made up:

Hours later Professor Kerr cleared it up:
It’s obvious to most people, but as some seem to not get it: my quote above is satire.
