Mission BBQ, a chain of BBQ restaurants started on the 10th anniversary of 9/11, triggered Media Matters writer Bobby Lewis after the audience during the company’s appearance on “Fox & Friends” this morning cheered when they said they play the national anthem at noon every day:

Oddly, Lewis omitted the $1,124,808 that the company raised for the USO through the sale of a special “American
Heroes Cup” in 2018:

Along with playing the national anthem each day and raising money for the USO, Mission BBQ also helps out local Red Cross affiliates:

And they’re giving out free sandwiches to military members this week, which is probably a right-wing trope, too:
