Attorneys for New England Patriots owner Bob Kraft got prosecutors to admit on Friday that there’s no evidence that human trafficking was involved at the Orchids of Asia spa in Florida where Kraft was filmed allegedly paying for sex:
Prosecutors just admitted at a hearing about the Robert Kraft video they will not charge anyone at Orchids of Asia with human trafficking. Prosecutor: "we have no evidence that there's human trafficking involved."

At issue is the video of Kraft engaged in the alleged act of prostitution which his legal team is attempting to get quashed:
Kraft's legal team has viewed the video – his attorney in court today Bill Burck: "It's basically pornography."
"I don't think there's interest the state has, or the media has, in publishing it…there's no need to actually see the video."

To be clear: the prosecutors said they investigated claims of human trafficking because there was initially a basis for it, which necessitated the installation of the video cameras and other evidence gathering methods.

There was no ruling on Friday, however:
3+ hour hearing dismissed – no ruling from the judge today on the disclosure of the video, but both sides have to file proposed orders next Tuesday.

For anyone following this case, Friday’s admission by prosecutors was not unexpected:

And if it was just ordinary prostitution, the installation of cameras and such was overkill:

So the media, which got the story wrong for weeks, now wants the video released?
