Well, it looks like we won’t be able to use this photo any longer for any creepy Uncle Joe Biden post as the woman in the photo, Stephanie Carter, is defending the former vice president and saying this still shot from the video was “misleading”:
In a medium post, Stephanie Carter says this viral screenshot capturing a moment between her and Joe Biden wasn't a #MeToo
"A still shot taken from a video — misleadingly extracted from what was a longer moment between close friends.. "

That’s okay as there are still plenty of other “creepy Uncle Joe” photos to choose from:

More from Nevada Dem Lucy Flores here who wants to make it clear that she doesn’t consider what Biden did to be sexual harassment or assault:
Lucy Flores does not call her interaction with former VP Biden sexual harassment, instead saying it was "an invasion of my personal space … a clear invasion of my bodily autonomy to not be touched, unless I give you permission to touch it." pic.twitter.com/q72Od4KyfM

Biden, it appears, is still leaning toward running:
“Biden, 76, declined an interview request but said Sunday in a statement that he would ‘pay attention’ as women talk about their experiences. He is still believed to be leaning toward entering the presidential race in late April.” https://t.co/jTcJTrdab5

As well he should based on what was acceptable to Dems in 2016:
Joe Biden is probably thinking, "The Democrats were ready to put freaking serial-sexual-harasser/accused-of-rape BILL CLINTON back in the White House 2 1/2 years ago and they're giving me trouble for acting like an over-affectionate uncle in PUBLIC??"
