The photos were originally posted to Facebook by Sakalas Photography. In the slideshow, cops arrested the fake Elsa for trying to freeze this fountain:
What gave it away, CBS? Was it the short sleeves and no snow? This correction now appears on top of the article:
Editor’s note: The McLean Police Department posted the photos showing the “arrest” of Elsa on Tuesday, but they appear to have been taken in 2015 for a police department in South Carolina. This story has been updated.
Also, police departments shouldn’t do this anyway:
