Remember this story on President Trump and his finances last week in the New York Times? You know, the one where the paper declared the Trump family had committed “outright fraud”:
It's remarkable that the Times this week posted a months-long investigation into the President of the United States, reporting that he "participated in dubious tax schemes during the 1990s, including instances of outright fraud," and so few people are still talking about it.

Now for the funny part. The New York Times itself doesn’t even mention their own story in this analysis that declared last week may have been “the best week of Trump’s presidency”:
Interestingly, this NYT analysis that concludes this may be the best week of Trump's presidency – NAFTA deal, good jobs report, Kavanaugh confirmed – does not even mention the NYT's own story this week reporting that he committed extensive criminal fraud. https://t.co/0uOfbUilke

“Bizarre” and freaking hilarious, that is:
It was bizarre that it wasn’t included…they should have and also noted that outside of some comments by democratic lawmakers and statements from the New York State tax authority, the article did little to impact his week. https://t.co/yPgSgq3ugI

We choose laughter:
Don't know whether to laugh or cry.
Peak 2018.

The story was such a big that the paper ran it again on Sunday:
For anyone who missed it last week, the @nytimes reprints the extraordinary journalistic investigation of Trump's dubious tax schemes in today's print paper. A must-read by @DavidBarstow @susannecraig @russbuettner pic.twitter.com/g6KPF091bB

And it will still be ignored.
