The BBC thinks this is OK to broadcast. But if it depicted high profile women, there would be outrage.

That cartoon is a screenshot of a comedy bit from BBC 2 that mocked Morgan’s interview of the president in Davos, Switzerland last week:

One reason the image is trending is that Morgan keeps tweeting it out to make his point that there’s a double standard and that the BBC would get called out if the people in the cartoon were women:
