Now here’s Charles C.W. Cooke hopefully putting an end to Hillary’s “incompetent” and “dishonest” “narrative-building.” The photo on the right, enlarged below, is a statement from Trump during the campaign that starts off with, “There are 3.7 million American citizens living in Puerto Rico…”
