Condolences to Chris Berman for the loss of his wife Kathy, who died in a two-car accident last night. A mother of two. Just terrible news.

According to the Hartford Courant, the other driver killed in the crash might have been “suffering a medical emergency”:
Katherine Berman, wife of ESPN sportscaster Chris Berman, was one of two people who died in a crash in Woodbury Tuesday, state police said.
The double-fatal crash happened about 2:15 p.m. on Sherman Hill Road, or Route 64, near Tuttle Road, state police said.
In addition to Berman, 67, of Peach Tree Court in Cheshire, Edward Bertulis, 87, of Welles Street in Waterbury was killed, police said Wednesday morning.
Troopers are investigating the possibility that Bertulis was suffering a medical emergency right before the collision, a state police source told the Courant.
