Many Twitchy readers will be familiar with Seth and Bethany Mandel. Seth, an editor with the New York Post and Bethany, a contributor to The Federalist, welcomed their new son into the world today, but there was a catch..
Bethany went into labor in the car and Seth delivered him at an auto-repair shop in NJ. Literally:
If you're looking for an editor to deliver your baby on the side of the road, I highly recommend @SethAMandel. https://t.co/syolFHdm4D

The birth occurred at “Jeff’s Garage” which is just a good as an OB ward, right?
According to Bethany, Seth delivered the baby while on the phone with 911:
When I say @SethAMandel delivered our baby, I'm being totally serious. He did the whole thing blind, while giving coordinates to nervous 911

Best line of the day — 911 operator: Do you see road signs around? @SethAMandel: I currently have my half-born son's face in my hand.

Thankful to the awe-inspiring tough-as-nails superhero of the whole plot, my better half @bethanyshondark. My admiration for you only grows.

It appears that mom, dad and baby are fine. The car seats, however…
Also props to my rickety old Altima with 130,000 miles on it coming through like a boss for the highway birth https://t.co/kl9BX7wvZE

Sorry about your seat tho… https://t.co/yLakwIK1cN

There’s no name to announce yet, but the pre-bris name is perfect:
@jmp_nyc Jeff in honor of his birthplace "Jeff's garage"

Again, congrats to everyone!
