Sen. Chris Murphy (D-CT) doesn't understand how Congress works?

Democratic Sen. Chris Murphy of Connecticut warned his 228,000 followers on Sunday that President Donald Trump “will shut down government in a fit if he doesn’t get” funding for the border wall and the “destruction” of Obamacare…

Set up for next week is simple: Trump will shut down government in a fit if he doesn't get 1) the wall no one wants or 2) destruction of ACA

As for Republicans in Congress shutting down the government over the border wall, that doesn’t seem very likely. Here’s SC Republican Mark Sanford in the House, for example:
