OMG.

Here’s the Washington Post headline on the heinous crime at Rockville High School in Rockville, MD:

Now for the details on the “two high school students” arrested in the alleged rape of a 14-year-old girl.

Meet Henry E. Sanchez, 18, who has a pending alien removal case against him and is in the 9th grade at the school:

From the Washington Post:

Sanchez, a native of Guatemala who arrived in the United States about seven months ago, has a pending “alien removal” case against him, court officials said Friday. “He is a substantial flight risk,” Montgomery County Assistant States Attorney Rebecca MacVittie said in court Friday.

And now meet Jose O. Montano, 17, whose immigration status isn’t known but he’s been in the U.S. for “about eight months” and doesn’t speak any English. Also a 9th grader:

From the Washington Post:

Montano has been in the United States for about eight months, MacVittie said. Details about Sanchez’s removal case, or Montano’s immigration status, couldn’t immediately be learned Friday.

School officials won’t comment on why they’re in the 9th grade, however:

Gboyinde Onijala, a schools spokeswoman, said she could not comment on why Sanchez and Montano are only in ninth grade.

Fire and prosecute everyone who let these two adult men into a public high school and enrolled them as children.
