Another day, another alleged leak, this time in a Reuters story alleging that President Trump had no idea what the START treaty was and that he had to pause his conversation with Vladimir Putin to ask his aides for a lifeline:

Reuters quotes two “U.S. officials” and one “former U.S. official,” which is pretty meaningless.
