Audi USA's 12 man, 2 woman executive team is lecturing Super Bowl viewers with an ad on pay equality

Audi released its Super Bowl ad early, and like the possibly Trump-trolling one from Budweiser, it, to has a message. Check it out:

USA Today says the ad makes a “strong statement on pay equality.”

OK then…

Let’s take a look at how Audi USA — a “brand that believes in progress” does on the women equality front, shall we? Of the 14 people listed on their “Executive team” page, 12 are men and 2 are women (only 1 of the 14 is black, but that’s probably next year’s ad):
