During a town-hall style event at an African-American church in Cleveland, Ohio, Donald Trump weighed in on the officer-involved shooting of Terence Crutcher in Tulsa, Okla.
A video released earlier this week from a cruiser’s dashcam show Crutcher with his hands up prior to the shooting but the final seconds of the encounter aren’t visible. A second video, from a police helicopter, appears to show Crutcher reaching into his truck, but it’s not clear what happened as well.
