New wrinkle in the Skittles story: Photo used by Trump Jr. was taken by a refugee, and he’s pissed

For the can’t make this up file, the photo used in Donald Trump Jr.’s Skittle meme to explain refugees from Syria was itself taken by a refugee, and he’s pissed that the photo is now being used to slam other refugees:

The photographer, David Kittos, now lives in the UK and told the BBC he never game Trump Jr. permission to use the photo nor does he want any money for it:

“This was six years ago when there were no Syrian refugees at the time and it was never done with the intention of spreading a political message.

“I have never put this image up for sale. This was not done with my permission, I don’t support Trump’s politics and I would never take his money to use it.”

As for the media and liberals, they’re loving it.
