Earlier today, the Chicago Police Department released graphic body-cam video showing the officer involved shooting of Paul O’Neal, an 18-year-old black man shot by officers on July 28 after he rammed officers with a stolen car.

According to reports, the police are bracing for “civil unrest”:

And this looks to be from the dashcam of one of the patrol cars and shows the officer shooting into O’Neal’s car after the collision between O’Neal and the officer’s patrol car:

As you can see, O’Neal stolen car was totaled in the collision:
