Yesterday, the liberal magazine Mother Jones broke the story that the Donald Trump campaign selected a white nationalist leader by the name of William Jacobson from California to serve as a delegate at the national convention.
The campaign later blamed Jacobson’s selection as a “database error” and asked California that his name be removed:

It’s not that simple, however.
It seems that team Trump missed the deadline and that Johnson is still on the “certified list of delegates”:
