As we told you earlier, Hillary Clinton is under fire tonight after 22 emails found on her home-brew email server were deemed so sensitive that they could not be released to the public, even with redactions. Her spokesman Brian Fallon attempted to spin the news as “overclassification run amok.”

Good luck with that.

And it sounds like Hillary-supporters Jennifer Granholm and Dianne Feinstein are getting ready to throw somebody under the bus to protect the candidate. You see, it’s not Hillary’s fault that she received top secret emails on her private server!

Sorry, ladies. This doesn’t mean Clinton is in the clear:

Don’t we all get it by now that the rule-of-law doesn’t matter to this “most lawless Admin” in our history? An unimpeachable one at that, since impeachment is (worse than) pointless without the Senate having nearly the supermajority-votes to REMOVE Obama.
….But if there’s anything worse, it’s the obtuse naivete of tweeter Shane Street: “If the ranking Democrat actually believes this, the FBI should be checking her handling of classified info.” GD it, of course the FBI “should be”, but why’s it so hard for so many on our side to “get it” that the FBI is being run by “ranking Dems”? I carried a TS clearance for the majority of my naval career and on two separate warships, was the Naval Warfare Publications Custodian, which was a collateral duty that entailed the proper dissemination and cataloging of intel, which included various levels of Top Secret.

Had I mishandled those intel reports…for example, left a few near a vending machine after grabbing a Coke, I likely would have lost my career before finding myself in Leavenworth pounding license plates.

Why this woman hasn’t been already indicated is a testament to just how far this country has morally, fallen off the tracks when it comes to holding politicians accountable for egregious violations of national security.

    • Name

More than that, the way in which TS material is safeguarded (assuming people play by the rules which the Clinton staff obviously didn’t), there is no way in which you cold have left it by the coke machine. It would most likely have never left the SCIF.
Sadly, Clinton will not fall for this. Huma and a few may take a tumble in front of the Ready For Hillary Greyhound, but she will skate by.
      Fallen indeed!!

      • blockthiscnn

Multiple people need to fall for this as it’s likely more than one person was required to be present for initial handling.

        • Name

absolutely. The first thing anyone with an ounce of respect for the sensitivity of the information would have said immediately upon receiving and reading it would have been “isn’t this sensitive and shouldn’t it be secure?” Hillary didn’t care. She was more concerned about being “transparent”- meaning no one would see anything than with concern for the nature of the data.

          • Petrucio14

Classified or not, the private email server is reckless. The classified information routinely and carelessly handled is felonious.

      • Maxx

exactly. I had an escort with me when I took the intel from the radio room to the intel office while I worked on it inside. It never even occurred to me to do anything other than handle it appropriately. Losing or carelessly handling that sh*t would have been my career. It boggles my mind that a Secretary of State would think it ok to view TS on a f’ng unsecure server.

We used to get hammered if we told our girlfriends the schedule of the ship’s port visits (even though the buy me drink girls at the bars always knew). lol

I lose my mind over this stuff, I really do. Benghazi was bad enough…she had to put the lives of intel operatives overseas at risk “for convenience?” Absolutely pathetic. I loathe this lying SoS.

        • soxfan4evah

Hillary doesn’t believe any rules or laws apply to her so of course she wouldn’t think twice about it. And given the way DC leaks secrets for political expediency I am surprised it hasn’t been on a non stop loop on MSNBC. We really need the whole entire beltway crowd to just be taken care of once and for all.

The operative word would seem to be “markings.” So, if you simply remove any indication as to the level of classification to any document, poof, it no longer meets the requirements of that classification. Again with the meaning of is. Well, what I say is, what this “IS,” is, is grounds for indictment. I think others would agree with my definition.

    • bil_g

They’re not classified because they’re “marked”. They’re “marked” because they’re classified.

    • Dan13

Make sure you sent your minions an email directing them to remove the markings. That way, you’re innocent, or something…

      • Nancy Silcox

If the classification markings were changed after the fact, that is a felony in itself. Whoever removed the marking should be charged as well, no “I was just following orders” defense

    • BillinDetroit

The way the law reads, when or even IF they were ever “marked” is not relevant. And, don’t forget, Hillary had to sign a non-disclosure agreement as part of her appointment (I’ve seen it and the relevant laws). The way the law reads, the FIRST time material which SHOULD have been given even the lowest security classification above “National Inquierer” she lost her right to hold ANY public office.

We know the wedding plans deserved, and received, the utmost protection and security, as did the yoga, cola, tea, turn on the computer/cell phone ones.

  • Name

It doesn’t matter one iota if they were marked classified or not. It is the content of the information, not what the label says that makes it sensitive. Secret and Confidential classified docs would be relatively simple to migrate “inadvertently” from a secret server to an unclassified system. TS docs are separated in such a way as to make “accidental” transfer impossible. You cannot “accidently” move TS info to a secret or unclass system. It was done deliberately. Hillary’s position that she was not doing anything “against the law” is disingenuous. Yes, she was authorized to conduct unclass business on a home-brewed server, just as some of her predecessors did. This allowance was NEVER intended to be used to transmit secret, let alone TS docs. She and her staff deliberately removed the labels, transferred to them to an unclass system, and then transmitted. All three of which are illegal. Hillary’s defense of “I wasn’t doing anything illegal” is her equivalent of what “is” is- lawyer double speak and bullshit. Ala Nixon, she did this to allow herself the ability to delete and deny anything compromising and I hope it backfires.

  • Lorena

The only way to get the Top Secret documents on her email is if someone went to the SCIF and redacted them and sent to her unclassified email. The emails would have the sender’s email address. Who was the sender? Has Hillary been interrogated by the FBI yet? It looks like there are more peopled involved in all these security violations, specially if some of her staff had not been read into the TS SCI (sensitive compartmented information) and special access programs. These type of access are under need-to-know restrictions and the individual has to successfully pass a counterintelligence (CI) or full-scope polygraph (FSP). There is no doubt that there is compromise of classified sensitive information and security violations in this case.

Did HRC have an official, secure State Dept. Email address? From the reports I’ve seen, she did not. Everything went through her private, bathroom closet server. So, I am left to wonder where did she receive classified emails if not through her private server? She couldn’t receive classified emails at her official US Govt email because she didn’t have one. At this point it doesn’t matter if she unknowingly, unwillingly received classified emails through her private server, The fact is that she did, she left the people sending her the classified info no alternative.
