On his show last night while discussing Donald Trump’s decision to skip Thursday night’s debate on Fox News, MSNBC’s Chris Matthews wondered if anyone would even watch a debate between “two Cuban guys,” referring of course to Senators Marco Rubio and Ted Cruz.
We’re no social justice experts, but that sounds kinda racist to us:
Jeez careful @hardball_chris "Who's going to watch the two Cuban guys?" Take it easy.

“Who’s going to watch a debate between the two Cuban guys? Who cares?” https://t.co/YBsS5KWjz9

And we’re so old we remember when he got that tingle up his leg from listening to President Obama speak, or as Matthews would put it, the Kenyan guy:
@hardball_chris it's ok for you to be a racist fool because you're a Democrat? "Two Cuban guys?" How's the tingle in your leg?

Chris Matthews' casual racism is charming in a "Ignore Grandpa. He's just nostalgic for Korea and segregation" way.https://t.co/dq0plFXR6u

Exactly. If someone on Fox News had said this, there’d be calls for the FCC to shut down the network.
