As we previously reported, Omar Faraj Saeed Al Hardan — a Palestinian born in Iraq who entered the United States as an Iraqi refugee — was arrested in Houston yesterday on a variety of charges including providing material support to ISIS and “procuring citizenship or naturalization, and with making false statements.”

Al Hardan was held without bond and will appear in court again on Wednesday.
The govt prosecutor just said he wants Al Hardan to be held in jail because he is a flight risk. Judge will have hearing Wed. at 11 a.m.
