As we told you a short while ago, Henriette Reker, the mayor of Cologne, Germany, is getting trashed this week after suggesting women should adopt a “code of conduct” to avoid getting raped, including the ludicrous idea that they maintain “an arm’s length distance from strangers.”
But notice how CNN identified the victim-blaming Ms. Reker:
