CNN has a new poll out with some head-to-head matchups between Hillary Clinton vs. some of the top GOP candidates and if you only read what Paul Begala has to say about it, it’s great news for Hillary:
Despite saturation coverage for @realDonaldTrump (& rough stories on @HillaryClinton), she still defeats all GOP candidates in new @CNN poll

But let’s take a look at what the poll really says:
Since announcing his campaign in late June, Donald Trump has quickly leapt to the top of the Republican field, leading recent polls nationally, in Iowa and in New Hampshire. And now, for the first time in CNN/ORC polling, his gains among the Republican Party have boosted him enough to be competitive in the general election.
The poll finds Democratic frontrunner Hillary Clinton ahead of Trump by just 6 points, a dramatic tightening since July.
“Dramatic” is the right word for it. Hillary’s lead over Trump which is now at 6 points was 24 points in June and 16 points in July:

And she’s tanking against Bernie Sanders, too:

Ouch.
And she just might get a new challenger for the nomination:
