Joe Wilson — yes, that Joe Wilson from the Bush years — showed up in last night’s State Department/Hillary Clinton email dump with a note to Hillary, through Sidney Blumenthal, asking for a meeting to discuss his energy company and the work they were planning to do in Africa:

It’s not entirely clear what exactly Wilson wants from Hillary, but certainly the press should ask about it, no?
Valerie Plame and Joe Wilson endorsed Hillary in an op-ed for USA Today on April 13, 2015 calling her, “the most qualified and trustworthy person to protect our national security interests and to create a better American future.”
And she’s the most qualified to help a fella out on his African energy deals from the looks of it…
