One man was reportedly beheaded and up to 10 injured when a suspected Islamic terrorist attacked an Air Products gas plant near Grenoble, France this morning:

The suspect, who was “known to security forces,” was arrested. From NBC News:
An interior ministry official told NBC News that an explosion occurred after a car arrived at the Air Products plant in Saint-Quentin Fallavier. The official — who requested anonymity — said that a decapitated body was found near the scene at the factory and that a man has been arrested in relation to the attack.
French prosecutors confirmed they had opened a counterterrorism investigation into the incident.
A severed head was found hanging on a fence along a nearby road, according to local newspaper La Dauphine Libere, which reported that the suspect was in his 30s and known to security forces. It said that an Islamist flag was found at the scene.
