Well look at this. The NAACP is standing behind Rachel Dolezal, the now infamous non-black president of its Spokane chapter:

NAACP Spokane Washington Branch President Rachel Dolezal is enduring a legal issue with her family, and we respect her privacy in this matter. One’s racial identity is not a qualifying criteria or disqualifying standard for NAACP leadership. The NAACP Alaska-Oregon-Washington State Conference stands behind Ms. Dolezal’s advocacy record.

Although not everyone is as forgiving as the NAACP.

The hashtag #AskRachel, a satirical quiz to see how much Dolezal really knows about black America, has been ruthlessly mocking her all day long and is currently the No. 1 trending topic in the United States.
