Hillary Clinton finally took a question on the Democratic hot-button issue, the Trans Pacific Partnership (TPP), but it wasn’t from the media. One of the attendees at her small business roundtable in Iowa today asked her about it and she gave what has been described as “semi-scripted” answer that didn’t answer the question at all:
